neighbours. A ferry is available several times a day from Rum Point at Cayman
Kai, across The North Sound, to the Hyatt Hotel on the faster paced side of
the island in Seven Mile Beach area.

- You can walk miles of beaches with few
footprints in the 400 acres that is Cayman Kai. You can Swim, Sail, Snorkel,
Dive, play Tennis, have a drink and dinner at The Kaibo Grille or The Rum
Point Club Restaurant. Or you can use the fully equipped kitchen of your Guest
House and have breakfast, lunch and dinner on your Sea-side Lanai. Here you
can be alone, together or meet some of The World's finest Neighbours, the
Owners and Guests of other Houses up and down The Beach.

- Every Guest House is designed for life in The
Tropics where inside and outside become one. There are houses with balconies
overlooking a two-story Lanai and The Sea. There are houses with individual
Pools where you can step out of your bed room into The Pool. There are houses
with inside gardens, with inside and outside showers. After all, why shouldn't
you shower under the stars in The Tropics This, plus something even more
important. Every member of management and staff has a commitment to every
Guest who walks through the door of A Guest House at Cayman Kai. It is this.
We will do everything possible to make this the most memorable vacation of
your life.
The Cayman Kai Community has all amenities you'll
need. The Hyatt at Rum Point or the Kaibo Yacht Club both feature a beach bar
and grill during the day and air-conditioning dining at night. There is also a
gift shop at both locations. Kaibo Yacht Club also has a gas/diesel fuel
station. For the more adventurous, Red Sail Sports can arrange diving and
snorkeling. And when you want to relax, you can charter a fishing boat, for deep
sea fishing and bottom fishing. Ride the ferry boat which has daily service
across the North Sound from Rum Point to Seven Mile Beach.
Rental car is recommended, let us know if you
wish us to arrange it. If you rent a car, you might want to shop for groceries
at Fosters Food Fair located on the exit road from the airport. Big Daddy's
liquor store is right next door to Fosters. Hurtley's Grocery Store,
Blockbusters and Blackbeards liquor is approximately 2 miles on your left.
Other things you need to know...
Your guest house is complete with a fully
equipped kitchen and Weber Grill for outdoor bbq. Charcoal, however, should be
purchased when you shop at grocery store.
Cribs and high chairs are available on request.
For tennis enthusiasts, 2 tennis courts are also
available in the community.
Please keep in mind that stores are not open on
Sunday. Esso and Texaco gas stations are open 7 days a week so you can purchase
snacks and a small variety of grocery items. Shopping, banking and night life on
Seven Mile Beach is a 45 min drive away. But we guarantee you will be anxious to
return to your home to Cayman Kai.
