Day 1:
Arrival in the Bauhaus city of Dessau. Night at a hotel.
Day 2:
Dessau is famous as Bauhaus city. You will learn the basic principles of today´s architecture on a tour of the Bauhaus and the Masters´ Houses, e.g. the former living quarters of Klee and Kandinsky. Overnight.

3:
Today´s program offers a visit to the wonderful Wörlitz Park. Making perfect use of the natural features of the Elbe floodplain, a work of art was created that combines garden design and architecture in perfect harmony. You will be captured by the charm of the park while enjoying the landscape from a gondola. Subsequently a guide will take you through the five garden sections. Night at the hotel in Dessau.
Day 4:
Having enjoyed an elaborate breakfast, you will set off for famous Lutherstadt Wittenberg. In the morning you will get to know the famous Luther Town on an audio guide tour. You will see the church of All Saints´, on the doors of which Luther nailed his theses in 1517. Then there are the houses of Lucas Cranach and Philipp Melanchthon, as well as the Luther Hall with the world famous largest collection about the Reformation (all from the outside). In the afternoon transfer to Dresden. Night in Dresden.
Day 5:
Dresden is also called “Florence on the Elbe“. On a steamer tour down the Elbe Valley you will learn to what extent the geography and atmosphere of the city have been shaped by the Elbe. You will see that the most important buildings of the old Saxon royal seat look across the river and can enjoy the view of the wonderful embankment and Elbe Castles. Night in Dresden.
Day 6:
This day is at your own disposal. You may want to visit the Saxon Switzerland National Park, which is famous for the romantic countryside of the Elbe sandstone massif. The Bastei cliff is an amazing viewpoint. In addition you can visit the Königstein Fortress and the chateau and chateau park in Pillnitz.
Afternoon transfer to Cottbus. Night in Cottbus
Day 7:
After a rich breakfast you will see the famous Fürst-Pückler Park in Bad Muskau (about 41 km from Cottbus). It has been World Cultural Heritage since 2000 and is the largest landscape park in Central Europe in the style of an English garden. At noon you will travel to Branitz (about 40 km), where Count Pückler created another masterpiece of landscape gardening – the unique land pyramid and sea pyramid. In the palace you can find out more about the life and work of the renowned count. Night in Cottbus.
Day 8:
This day takes you to Lübbenau (about 36 km from Cottbus). In Lübbenau you will enjoy a boat trip through the Spreewald with its unique and untouched flora and fauna. The romantic maze of countless waterways through former floodplain forests is unique in Europe. Transfer to Berlin. Night in Berlin.
Day 9:
After breakfast you can walk to and explore the Isle of Museums, which was made World Cultural Heritage in 1999. Subsequently you will take part in a boat trip through the city centre of Berlin, which will give you the chance to see all the main sights. In the afternoon you will have free time. Night at the hotel.
Day
10:
Today you will travel to Potsdam. On a tour of the palaces you will pass the parks and palaces of the House of Hohenzollern. On both banks of the Havel, the Prussian kings and famous master-builders created the unrivalled World-Heritage landscape.
Afterwards you can visit the park and Sans Souci Palace on your own. You will depart full of impressions. Or extend your stay.
