From Tuscon, visit TOMBSTONE and the actual OK Corral, and then cross the border to Mexico. Spend the night in Nuevo Casas Grandes, and then visit PAQUIME, the most important archaeological site in northern Mexico. Spend the night in Chihuahua and visit is ornate 18th-century CATHEDRAL. In Cuauhtémoc, enjoy a Mennonite lunch, and then spend the night at Creel, a lumber town. Drive through VALLEY OF THE MUSHROOMS and view the CAVE DWELLINGS of the Tarahumara Indians. When you depart for Divasadera, start glimpsing the spectacular Copper Canyon. Spend the next couple of days feasting your eyes on the beyond-words beauty of the chasms, pillars, and precipices of this famous location. Tour the agricultural town of El Fuerte and the beach resort town of San Carlos. Head back to Arizona to spend three extra nights in Tuscon.
