High above a sprawling lagoon and freeform infinity pool that drops dramatically into the turquoise sea, the JW Marriott Cancun's new spa is housed in 35,000 square feet on the resort's top three floors.

Spectacular views of adjacent sugar-sand beaches provide the perfect backdrop for a wide variety of massage therapies, body scrubs and polishes, facial treatments, and healing water baths.

Mayan-inspired treatments utilize the healing properties of avocado, papaya, honey, coconut, mango and sea salt within 16 well-appointed treatment rooms.

The world-class spa offers a variety of treatments to soothe, beautify and rejuvenate.

Signature services include the Copal Massage with aromatherapy oils, the Sol Y Mar (Sun and Sea) body wrap especially for skin that has been overexposed to sun and water, and the Aurakin body polish, which utilizes an aromatic body cream of coconut, pure mango extract and rich avocado oil to transform skin from dry to radiant.

For pure pampering, guests can luxuriate in the Jade and Rose Envelopment body treatment, in which rose petals within a rose body souffle are gently applied to moisturize and heal skin.

After a refreshing treatment or invigorating workout in the Fitness Center, the indoor lap pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi await. And a complete activity center provides a host of options for beachgoers.

For underwater adventure without ever heading out to sea, the resort has built its own coral reef at the bottom of the 20-foot dive pool. Guests can snorkel and dive to their hearts' content.

The dining atmosphere is just as colorful in the hotel's five restaurants and bars. From casual seaside Mexican at Cafe Salsa to upscale seafood at Gustino Italian Grill, a full range of options will please the most discerning palate. A more relaxed atmosphere pleases and appeases guests on the go at the Beachwalk Market Place, poolside, and the lobby bar with live music and sea views.
