Daily arrivals throughout the year

Day 1: TEL AVIV- CAESAREA – MT. CARMEL – NAZARETH - TIBERIAS
On arrival at the Tel Aviv airport, you shall be met by our driver and guide and board the bus heading North. Our first stop is Caesarea, once capital of the Roman province, to see the Roman and Crusader remains and the harbour from which Apostle Paul was taken prisoner to Rome. Continue to Mt Carmel at Haifa. Leave Haifa via the Carmel viewing the Druze villages, and then on to Mukhraka for a spectacular view of the northern region. Proceed to Nazareth and see the oldest Church of the Annunciation with Mary's Well. If time permits, we will also visit the Wedding Church at Cana, the site of the miracle where Jesus turned water in wine. Onto the hotel in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: SEA OF GALILEE – CAPERNAUM- TABGHA – MT. OF BEAUTITUDES - TIBERIAS
Today we will have the opportunity for a lesson in the history of the Kibbutzim in Israel. After taking a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee we shall visit Capernaum to see an ancient synagogue and St. Peter's house which was later converted into a church. Also, by the shore, we shall visit Tabgha with the Church of Peter's Primacy and the ancient mosaic of the Loaves and Fishes. On to the Mount of Beatitudes where the Sermon on the Mount is remembered, before returning to Tiberias for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: GOLAN HEIGHTS - BANIAS (Caesarea Philipi) – JORDAN RIVER- JERICHO - JERUSALEM
This morning we shall head up to the Golan Heights and reach the foot of Mt. Hermon. We will visit the Springs of Banias, also known as Caesarea Phillippi where Peter said "Thou are Christ". Then to the Jordan River for the traditional baptismal site of Jesus. Heading south down the Jordan Valley, we will stop in Jericho to see the excavations of the oldest city in the world and view the Mt. of Temptation. Drive up to Jerusalem and check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: ISRAEL MUSEUM – MT. ZION – MT. OF OLIVES – BETHLEHEM - JERUSALEM
We begin the day with a trip to the Israel Museum to see the Shrine of the Book and the model of Jerusalem. On Mount Zion visit the tomb of David, the Upper Room and St. Peter in Gallicantu built over the palace of the High Priest Kaiaphas. Drive down the Kidron Valley to the Mount of Olives for a wonderful view of Jerusalem. See the Place of Ascension and the Pater Noster Church, and view the Palm Sunday Road. At the foot of the hill see the Garden of Gethsemane with its ancient olive trees and the Church of All Nations. Continue south to Bethlehem to see the Church of the Nativity and below it the cave-stable of Jesus' birth. Return to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: WESTERN WALL – ALA AKSA MOSQUE –BETHESDA – HOLY SEPULCHRE – GARDEN TOMB
Visit the Western Wall and the Temple Area with the Al-Aksa Mosque and Dome of the Rock. See St. Anne’s Church and the Pool of Bethesda where the Angel ruffled the water. Visit the Convent of Zion Sisters. Passing the Stations of the Cross, come to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where Jesus was crucified and buried and then rose again. Leave the city through the bazaars to the west by Jaffa Gate or Damascus Gate. Finish off the day with a visit to the Garden Tomb. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: QUMRAN – DEAD SEA – MASADA – JERUSALEM
Today we begin our very interesting south-bound journey.
Visit Qumran where the Essene enclave was and get to see the caves where the ‘Dead Sea Scrolls’ were found. Continue the drive alongside the shore of the impressive Dead Sea (lowest spot on Earth), and take the opportunity to enjoy a swim in its salty and therapeutic waters. Then drive to Masada, where you will take the cable car up to the last stronghold of Jewish resistance against the Romans. After completion of the visit, drive back to the hitel in Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: JESUSALEM
Day free and an opportunity to enjoy the city at your own pace and do some shopping, or join some optional sightseeing tour. Breakfast & Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 8: DEPARTURE
Depart from the hotel and drive to the Cairo international airport, where our representative will assist you to timely check-in for your departing flight.
